Is your child "America's Cutest Kid?"

Here it is... the big news I've been so excited to announce!

I'm honored and proud to announce that I will be taking part in the National Charity Model Search to select "America's Cutest Kid" and to raise funds for a charity that I believe is very important... Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep.

I'm looking for cute children ages 18 months to 14 years old to model for a portrait to be entered into the contest!

About the Contest
The entrance fee is $25 and includes a 20 minute model session and one image of your child entered into the contest. The image submitted to the contest will be chosen by me, and you will also receive one 5x7 print and five wallet-sized prints of the image chosen of your child for the contest. Special print and digital media prices will also be available from your National Charity Model Search session.

Model sessions will take place in my (new!) home studio in Arlington. All sessions will take place on Saturday February 28, Sunday March 1, Saturday March 7, and Sunday March 8. Because of the nature of the contest, only one child will be photographed per session. If you have more than one child and would like them both photographed and entered, they each need their own session.

City finalists will be determined by online votes. Anyone may vote; each vote is $1, and all proceeds from votes benefit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. The grand prize national winner will be determined from the selected 50 city finalists. The grand prize winner will be selected by photography and modeling industry experts and will receive many prizes, including a $5,000 US Savings Bond and a Canon PowerShot G10 Camera!

About Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep

Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS.org) is a not-for-profit group that pairs up photographers with families whose babies will never make it home from the hospital. NILMDTS photographers go to the hospital and take photos of parents and their babies so that the families will have beautiful, professional photographs to remember their child. It is an amazing organization, one that I truly believe in and support.
